TASTING NOTES
Color: intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Bouquet: notes of dried figs and dates, plum and blueberries in jam open up sensations of violets; pleasant and subtle spicy tones with undergrowth hints.
Taste: delicate sweetness on the palate, satisfying freshness, soft tannins and complex persistence.
Suggested pairings: spiced tart with strawberry jam, dry pastries in general, blue cheeses
