    Aka Charme

    Rosato Spumante Brut - Charmat method

    Varietal: Primitivo 100%
    Vineyard age: 20 - 40 years
    Training systems: espalier
    Harvest time: end of August
    Average yield per hectare: 120 quintals (12.000 kilograms)
    Winemaking: after pressing, take place the primary fermentation off skins, under strict thermodynamic control (13-15 °C / 55-59 °F). The process goes on in steel, on the fine lees, until the end of October.
    Alcohol content: 12,5% Vol

    TASTING NOTES
    Color: intense and brilliant pink, characterized by a fine and elegant perlage.
    Bouquet: the nose shows good intensity, hints of small red fruits accompanied by floral notes of rose, bread crust and yeast.
    Taste: thanks to the pleasant effervescence and excellent acidity, it is particularly fresh and lively, soft, balanced and fragrant.
    Suggested pairings: perfect for aperitifs, it goes very well with raw scampi and red prawns, amberjack carpaccio, tuna sashimi. Superb with eggplant parmigiana
    Serving temperature: 8 - 10 °C (46 - 50 °F).
